At PomoDuck, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our services at pomoduck.com and the PomoDuck mobile app.

  • Usage logs including session duration, tasks completed, and in-app activity
  • Data shared via third-party logins such as Google, X (Twitter), or Telegram
  • In the mobile app: your device's advertising identifier, used for advertising (see section 3)

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Pomodoro timer and gamification services
  • Authenticate and manage user accounts
  • Process in-app transactions and reward distributions
  • Track productivity statistics and generate reports for users
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure platform security
  • Send service-related notifications (with your consent)
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyze how you use our platform. We also use Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate usage patterns. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as page views, session duration, and device type. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising (mobile app). The PomoDuck mobile app shows ads through Google AdMob: small banners on some screens, and optional "rewarded" ads you choose to watch for an in-game bonus. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK) we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice any time under Settings → Ad privacy. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings. 4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, analytics)
  • Google AdMob, our advertising partner in the mobile app (see section 3)
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. 6. Children's Privacy

PomoDuck is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take appropriate steps to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
